Note: With any software solution there are typically two components to your support:

1.
Software Updates & Feature Enhancements – these are provided by the software developer and typically included with subscription based products or applied as an annual or monthly charge for on-premise installed software.

They cover ongoing costs associated with product development, compliance changes or maintaining product integration.
2.
General Support – this is where Total POS Solutions can help
If it’s general product help or support we can offer either a monthly Customer Care Plan or simply charge for the services that we deliver at our standard rates.

SwiftPOS Software Enhancement keeps your software up to date with the latest enhancements and versions.
If you are on Monthly / Annual software rental, then this is included.
If you purchased your software outright, Software Enhancement is an annual charge.
If you do not have Software Enhancement, then software updates are not available. Contact your TotalPOS representative for information on how to correct this.
