A unique place to admire art
The Wall in the Wilderness (The Wall) is home to a 100 metre 'wall' of wooden, Huon pine art crafted by sculptor Greg Duncan which took him more than 10 years to create.
​The site closes June-August each year during winter and owners Dan and Sarah chose to refresh their POS system when they re-opened in time for spring utilising HIKE POS – a great solution for retail business.

The nature of Navigator's business(es) required a phone system to handle the public facing numbers of each individual brand as well as their administration office. Meaning complex routing of calls to phones at 3different locations for businesses running different operating hours and services.

3CX is a highly customisable and configurable PBX system that allowed the level of complexity and room for future growth that was required by Navigators. In this case we chose a cloud-hosted instance to cater to the distributed locations and provide high QOS (Quality of Service) for the system.
3CX provides strong user management features, extensive call management capabilities and, applications for use on desktop or mobile, providing easy remote work options and numerous advanced features for businesses e.g. call recording.
